The Property Group Capital (TPG Capital) is an SPV formed for the purpose of investing in real estate ventures. It provides the investment capital for acquisitions, development, construction and exploitation of Property Farm properties. TPG Capital has a joint venture with TPG Ventures Ltd who will conduct research, coordinate purchases, and manage all aspects of development, construction, sale and operations of its properties and ventures, while also fulfilling its related humanitarian and social betterment goals.
The Property Group Ventures is the operating arm of TPG Capital, responsible for sourcing properties that fit The Property Group vision, currently focused on properties in the United Kingdom, Europe, and Africa. The company's vision is to create unique luxury hotels in prime destinations, integrated with an exclusive international private members club. Gather will attract a globally minded community of leaders, entrepreneurs, globe-trotters, visionaries, explorers, academics, and artists, and will host thoughtleadership and action-oriented events to explore global challenges and launch initiatives to address them.
